Best Workout App (from someone who hates working out)!
I’ve never been able to commit to a workout plan. I’m honestly just enjoying that I don’t hate working out! I have tried other well-known apps in the past and never stuck with them. Emily’s is GOLD!
Best fitness app!
Used this app during pregnancy and now using it post pregnancy. It’s user friendly, the exercise videos are engaging and easy to follow. I especially love the tutorial videos before new exercises to help ensure correct form and correct muscle engagement.
Can’t get enough

I’ve been following Emily Skye FIT for a few years now and it’s life-changing. I was always an athlete so I just worked out at practice and didn’t know how to work out by myself. This program tells you exactly what to do so there’s no thinking involved. 10000% worth it.

The perfect pregnancy fitness guide
I came across the pregnancy program and it has been a game changer. I feel safe but also able to maintain my fitness which is making the first trimester a little easier. I feel good after every workout and it’s really encouraging to know that I can turn to the app for guidance.
