Each year I hear countless women tell me despite having the best intentions they always struggle when it comes to achieving their fitness resolutions. So for 2024, I have developed a brand new program that is designed specifically for women on the go who want their workouts efficient and effective!

So without further ado, I am thrilled to share the latest workout program for Emily Skye FIT – 24 in 2024. Here’s the breakdown: 24-minute targeted workouts for 5 days a week that burn fat, build muscle, and improve your cardio fitness. The focus is on time efficiency for busy mums, women who work, and the entire Emily Skye FIT community who just want to get it done ASAP.

I’m here to share all the details of this new program so that you know what you’re getting into – and what results you can expect.

The 24 in 2024 Workout Program

Here’s what you can expect:
  • 24-minute workouts

  • Training 5 days per week for 4 weeks

  • 2 lower body workouts per week

  • 2 upper body workouts per week

  • 1 circuit workout per week


Here’s what you need for the workouts:
  • We recommend the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, a Swiss ball or chair, and an exercise mat.

  • You can do the workouts at home or in the gym.

The Benefits of the Program


1. It’s time efficient

Being time-poor is one of the most common barriers preventing people from exercising regularly. Every workout in this program is only 24 minutes long. You can do it while your baby naps, in between Zoom calls, or first thing in the morning instead of scrolling Instagram. You might be surprised to see how much more productive you are when you make small substitutions with your time!

2. It is targeted and impactful

When a workout is shorter in duration, you’ve got to scale up the intensity. That’s why we’ve carefully curated workouts that are targeted and impactful. When we say it’s a leg workout – your quads, hammies, and booty will be fired up! Short and sweet does not mean easy.

3. It will help you build muscle and burn fat

A body recomposition involves improving the ratio of muscle to fat. Ideally, you want to have more muscle mass than fat mass – for longevity, heart health, flexibility, and many more reasons. Plus, let’s face it, feeling lean and strong can be a huge confidence booster. This workout will help you achieve these two fitness goals simultaneously.

4. It’s suitable for all levels

Whether this is your first workout program or you’re a seasoned pro – this workout plan is suitable for everyone. Here’s why: you can increase the weights as and when you need. If you’re a beginner, you can start off just doing bodyweight exercises or using very light dumbbells.

As you become stronger and more comfortable with the exercises, you can increase the load. This is called “progressive overload” in exercise science, and it’s considered one of the most effective ways to build muscle.

5. It’s fun

I know that working out isn’t everyone’s favourite way to spend their time. That’s why I’ve made sure every workout is fun, new, and fast. You’ll be doing a variety of exercises over the course of 4 weeks, and no workouts are repeated. This can help to keep things fun and fresh so that you don’t start to get bored and lose interest.

6. It’s more sustainable, which increases consistency

When you’re busy with work, kids, and navigating a social calendar, keeping up with an exercise schedule can be difficult. That’s why I created this program. I wanted to create something realistic and sustainable. The 24-minute workouts can be done at home or the gym, and they’re done before you know it. Workouts that seamlessly fit into your daily life are more likely to be repeated. And when you consistently work out – you get better results.
