Emily Skye – Trainer
Fitness inspiration Emily Skye designed and launched her first health and fitness program in 2014, which has now grown into the global Emily Skye FIT program. But before helping millions of people around the world transform their mind and body, she had to transform herself: from skinny and insecure model, to strong, sculpted and confident role model.
After falling in love with strength training, Emily entered fitness competitions, placing 1st in WNBF Miss USA Figure NSW 2011, WNBF Miss USA Fit Body NSW 2011 and WNBF Best Body Swimsuit Sydney 2012, and 2nd in WNBF Miss USA Figure Sydney 2012 and INBA Fitness Model Sydney 2012.
Emily is a qualified personal trainer, with a Certificate IV in Fitness and Master Trainer qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness. She is also a fitness model, host of the You Can by Emily Skye podcast, and co-founder of James Cosmetics. And now, she’s YOUR trainer!

Dr. Jessica Warnecke – Physical Therapist
Dr. Jessica Warnecke is a physical therapist (physiotherapist) based in Austin, TX, who treats clients from all over the world. She’s a firm believer in the importance of human movement for health and happiness.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Boise State University as well as a Doctorate Degree from Idaho State University. She’s a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with a focus on helping mothers safely regain their fitness after delivery.
At her private practice, PACE Physical Therapy, the focus of Jessica’s work is on educating women about the natural changes that occur during pregnancy, helping them to safely remain active and guiding them postpartum to a full and healthy recovery.

Dr. Sarah Vohra – Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr. Sarah Vohra is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in Nottingham in the UK. She has specialised in mental health for over 10 years and is passionate about sharing her expertise in an easily accessible way.
Sarah graduated from the University of Leeds Medical School and is dedicated to helping us all understand that a strong body and a strong mind are of equal importance.
Because some of the advice we can find online can be confusing and overwhelming, Sarah loves helping people cut through the noise and decipher facts from fiction. She’ll debunk myths when it comes to all things mental health, sharing practical tips and tools to help you look after your mind and lead a calmer, happier life.

Phoebe Armfield – Women’s Health Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist with a special interest in women's health, Phoebe has over 15 years’ experience working with women in the fitness industry. Her passion for teaching women to take control of their bodies and health is the driving force behind her Bump Fitness Physiotherapy practice on Australia’s Gold Coast.
Phoebe holds a Master of Physiotherapy, a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise, is a certified Pilates Instructor (including pre and postnatal Pilates), and a Certified Trainer and Assessor. Phoebe holds certificates in clinical education and is currently a clinical educator for Griffith University masters students. Phoebe completed her women's health physiotherapy training with the Women's Health Training Associates and is an Australian Physiotherapy Association Women's Health Member.
Between her work and her role as mum to two boys, Phoebe knows the importance of a flexible fitness program that works for your lifestyle.

Sarah Male – Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise Expert

Sarah Male is a mother of two and founder of The Mummy Trainer and TMT Academy. She has a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and has graduated from numerous pregnancy and postnatal courses. But it's not just learning she loves, Sarah is also a passionate teacher! In 2020 she launched TMT Academy – an online Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Course for fitness professionals. The course is approved by Fitness Australia and is completed by personal trainers, women's coaches, gym, yoga and Pilates instructors from all over the world. You’ll see Sarah’s expertise scattered throughout my FIT Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy programs.

Michelle Cassidy – Yoga Teacher

Michelle Cassidy is a yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience, and has been running her yoga studio Essence of Living since 2014. Michelle holds a long list of yoga teaching qualifications and trains yoga instructors from her studio on the Gold Coast. As a mother of twins and a fitness professional, Michelle has experienced the broad benefits of yoga first hand. Now she’s sharing her expertise with FIT members through my Post-Pregnancy program and weekly yoga for recovery sessions.

Emily Doughty has worked in the fitness industry for more than 12 years and is passionate about getting people moving. Having worked extensively as a trainer in gyms and coaching Crossfit, Emily now specialises in functional movement and training. As our FIT consulting PT, Emily contributes to the design and structure of all your favourite workouts, programs and challenges.
