Safety is my top priority during your pregnancy
Emily Skye FIT Pregnancy has been designed with safety for both mother and baby as the number one priority. Please read this statement in full before you commence the program.
1. Before starting any workout program, always consult your doctor, especially if your pregnancy is high risk or you have any pre-existing medical conditions and ensure you have medical clearance before commencing any form of exercise during and/or after pregnancy. We will not be held responsible in any way for circumstances, conditions or injuries that may result directly or indirectly from the content and/or services provided.
2. While exercising when pregnant is recommended, you must always consult your doctor and follow their advice based on your personal circumstances. If at any time you feel unwell or experience any of the following symptoms listed below while exercising when pregnant (including without limitation any symptoms that your doctor, physician, obstetrician or other medical professional advised you of prior to engaging in the Pregnancy Program, or at any time thereafter), you should stop immediately and call your doctor:
Pain, including without limitation, chest pain, abdominal pain, or pelvic pain
Are short of breath
Have a headache
Experience difficulty walking or standing
Painful heat in the lower legs
Burning or difficulty urinating
Feel faint or light-headed
Calf pain or swelling
Notice an irregular or rapid heartbeat
Reduced movement by the baby
Fluid leaking from the vagina
3. If you have any concerns always seek medical attention and ask questions regarding your specific requirements when it comes to exercising when pregnant.
